What to Do

WHITEWALLS FARM is an ideal holiday venue for walkers, with or without dogs, birdwatchers and nature lovers. Literally outside the back door is the open moorland and Carburrow Tor, which is also a magnet for anybody interested in archaeology and ancient history, with its Bronze Age remains.

Families will love the freedom of the space to run about on the farm. There are barbecue facilities, and an indoor games room with lots of books for those inevitable wet days. The famous Cornish coast is less than an hour’s drive away at Daymer Bay, Constantine, Polzeath or many others. The world renowned Eden Project is half an hour from us, and well worth a full day’s visit. Other lovely Cornish gardens are easily accessible, as well as National Trust properties – the closest being Lanhydrock House and Gardens.

As a family we have enjoyed visits to Trethorne Leisure Farm, which includes 10 pin bowling, Colliford Lake Park, Cornwall’s Crealy near Wadebridge, and Dragon Archery at Holsworthy. We can provide details of everything that Cornwall has to offer during your holiday.
